Because of the difference of climate and environment, the breed in Zhejiang mainly takes for 241, with white spot on its complexion; the breed in Fujian mainly takes for 04, with black orifice. Especially, the colour of mushroom in Zhongshan, Xianyou, Fujian is blacker, and good shape, because the altitude arrives at 700m, with cold climate and the large difference in temperature of day and night. However, they are very popular in Japanese market. Meanwhile, they are also Taiwan mushroom pointing purchase in inland.
